Detailed assessment and benchmarking of the factory |
- Redesigned the factory production system to suit products and flexibility
- Implemented effective manufacturing management procedures and engineering techniques
- Set up an operator training department based on training principles, implemented performance measurement using a redesigned MIS system
- Formed and strengthened the Industrial Engineering department
- Trained production supervisors, created Skill Centres for the best efficiency build-up in a multi-style scenario
- Improved productivity of workers through training and follow-up
- Implemented work aids that help in achieving the best work flow
