Manufacturing Productivity Improvement.

Wazir prepared a detailed gap study to assess quality, wastage, and year realization and set up systems and SOPs. Based on this study Wazir prepared a detailed evaluation report and suggested recommendations to increase productivity.

Project Background The client wanted to Improve the Operational Excellence of Spinning Units (2, 5 & 7B) of their existing production processes against the best industry practices in the capacity of 105,216 Spindles.
Scope of Work
  1. Analysis of the current manufacturing process parameters
  2. Identification of gaps with respect to industry best standard with a view to improve production cost efficiency and reduce lead times.
  3. Gap analyses and proposed solutions for:
    1. Productivity of individual departments as well as machines
    2. Process parameters for each product
    3. Quality assessment
    4. Wastage and yarn realization
    5. Power/ Utility analysis department wise
    6. Manufacturing cost- product wise
    7. HVAC (Humidification, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) assessment
    8. Setting systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Result Delivered Based on the Gap study, Wazir prepared a detailed evaluation report and suggested recommendations to increase productivity, yarn realization, and UKG.
