  2. The Client wanted to restructure the existing manufacturing facility and strengthen departments of Training, Quality, Industrial Engineering, and Production Management on the principles of Lean Management.

Scope of Work

  1. Detailed assessment and benchmarking of the factory
  2. Redesigned the factory production system to suit products and flexibility
  3. Implemented effective manufacturing management procedures and engineering techniques
  4. Set up an operator training department based on training principles, and implemented performance measurement using redesigned MIS system
  5. Formed and strengthened the Industrial Engineering department
  6. Trained production supervisors, and created Skill Centres for best efficiency build-up in multi-style scenario
