Background

The Client was a Delhi based manufacturer and exporter of cotton, synthetic and blended spun yarn. He was facing a working capital crunch to run day to day operation of the manufacturing units.

Project Objectives:

The key objective of the project was to conduct a due diligence for the purpose of raising debt from an Asset Reconstruction Company. The assignment was accomplished by answering the following questions:

As-Is assessment of Client’s four manufacturing units in and around Delhi-NCR
Analysis of overall textile and apparel market scenario
Benchmarking of operational level of the company
Analysis of product and sales mix
Positioning of Client’s for it’s buyers
Conduct gap analysis to identify potential improvements in operational efficiencies
Develop financial plans and future projections for the business
Conduct SWOT analysis of the Client
Key recommendations for the management of investment company
