About the Client
A leading textile manufacturer and pioneer of apparel brands and retail space in India, along with a diverse portfolio of national and international brands through licensing agreements, JVs and own brand development. They were in search of a licensing partner for few of their brands in certain categories.
The project objective was to help the client in identifying, evaluating, and selecting the right licensing partner. Key aspects involved:
1. Identifying, shortlisting, and approaching the most suitable licensing companies for partnership
2. Approached and solicited their interest
3. Facilitated meetings, negotiations, and finalization of terms concluding with the signing of the license agreement
