Project Brief

The client was a specialist firm focusing on undertaking sustainable and market-driven agriculture and requested for our team’s services on technical assistance in its market-linked agriculture programs.

Team’s Scope of Work:

Design crop-specific package of practices
Implementation assistance: Ensure that all inputs used in the farming process are strictly as per USFDA and EURO GAP standards and in conformity with the package of practices
Identification of domestic and export markets

Outcome:

Successful lease land farming of chilies and potatoes (separate locations) on 200 acres and contract farming on 1500 acres for domestic (potato) and export (chilies) markets.
