Team’s Scope of Work:
Market research, demand assessment, competition benchmarking, review of logistics network and raw material & human resource availability to finalize new markets and products (to be approached in a phased manner)
Feasibility of setting up new manufacturing base v/s contract manufacturing
Drafting a comprehensive ‘Roll Out’ strategy
Outcome:
The client is now doing a business upwards of USD 30 Mn (growing at more than 10% YoY) in the new markets and product lines. Feasibility of adding these new product lines in clients’ existing markets is also being worked upon.
