The client was venturing into the milk processing and value-added products segment for in-house consumption and selling in retail market. We prepared end-to-end strategy.

Location finalization for setting up the manufacturing facility
Identification of value-added products in the dairy segments to be manufactured
Technology selection for milk processing (upto 3 lakhs liters per day) and manufacture of value-added products like dahi, cream, butter, buttermilk, lassi and ghee
Detailed project report and financial closure for the USD 10 Mn project
