Project Brief
The objective of the Study was to assess the given cluster in a north Indian state for value chains of two commodities as an integrated logistics paradigm, benchmark existing practices in the region pertinent to these value chains with global best practices, identify gaps and come out with recommendations on how the efficiency and effectiveness of these value chains may be enhanced by plugging the identified gaps.

Study to understand India’s dairy sector in terms of overall viability and social and economic impact on small-scale dairy farmers (by the Africa Office of an International Donor Agency)
Project Brief
The objective of the Study was to understand the reasons behind the success of India’s diary sector (especially in milk production and logistics) and replicate some of the attributes in one of the African countries. Our team was appointed to give a 360-degrees analysis of the Indian diary sector.
